Nanded is a city in the state of Maharashtra. It is the seventy-ninth most crowded city in India.   3. It is basically built on the Deccan Traps magma streams of the upper Cretaceous. The magma streams are overlain by thin alluvial stores. The magma streams are actually horizontal and each stream has two different units.

  4. Crops developed out here incorporate cotton, sugarcane, soya beans, and sorghum. Nanded as a city also has an agricultural school within its range.

  5. Nanded is filled with a huge population of Sikhs and many of them have moved in here from Northern India and have been living in the city for a considerable amount of years.
